Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst Collections Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Tracking: Monitor Collections KPIs Performance Indicators (KPIs) such asDelinquency rate, roll rates, liquidation rate, agent performance metrics etc.

Reporting: Develop and maintain automated Excel- and BI-based dashboards and reportsto track key performance metrics, monitor strategy changes, and deliver deep-diveregular/ad-hoc analyses as requested.

Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights and assist in developing collections &communication strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an analytical role within Fintech or Financial Services.Knowledge of collections practices and debt lifecycles is a plus.

B.Tech /B.E graduate from a Tier1 or 2 college. MBA is a plus

Tools Proficiency: Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in theorganization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take

Ability to stay motivated and focused in a hybrid/remote work environment
