Business Analyst – SAP / EDW Reporting

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP data, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) reporting, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, analytics reporting, and project coordination to deliver business insights and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for analytics and reporting solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Develop and support analytics and reporting solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

Analyze SAP data models and EDW data structures to ensure accurate reporting and insights.

Coordinate with data engineers, BI developers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.

Create dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for business decision-making.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.

Participate in project planning, project tracking, and delivery management.

Conduct UAT support, documentation, and user training for reporting solutions.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SAP data and EDW reporting environments.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.

Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.

Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.

Good understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business processes.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise analytics or reporting programs.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models.

Experience working in Agile or project-based environments.

Strong project coordination or project management experience.
