🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Perform process modelling, workflow mapping, and gap analysis to support business transformation initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of requirements.
• Support solution design discussions and validate that technical deliverables meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user reviews.

🧠 Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in the P&C insurance domain, including understanding of the end-to-end insurance value chain.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, including requirement elicitation, process modelling, and documentation.
• Proven experience in writing BRDs, user stories, and other business documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
