Role: Business Analyst (AI Products)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

Experience: 13 Years

Type: Full-time only

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can translate real-world business problems into clear, actionable product requirements for AI devices, AI-powered mobile apps, web platforms, and OCR / Document AI solutions .

This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering . If you cant think structurally, talk confidently to clients, or convert chaos into claritythis role is not for you.

Key Responsibilites:

• Gather and document business requirements for AI devices, AI-powered mobile apps, web platforms, and Document AI / OCR solutions
• Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, feature reviews, and UAT
• Interact with educational institutions and enterprise clients to understand workflows and map them to product capabilities
• Support product demos, requirement workshops, and pilot / proof-of-concept implementations
• Analyze product usage, feature adoption, and customer feedback to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Suggest new features, process improvements, and UX enhancements
• Create and maintain BRD / FRD / PRD, presentations, and release notes
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Understanding of web & mobile apps, APIs, and system integrations
• Familiarity with AI concepts: OCR, NLP, and automation
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on customer journey and business impact
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Confident in client discussions, internal presentations, and explaining technical concepts simply.

Good to Have (Bonus):

• Experience in AI, EdTech, or SaaS startups
• Exposure to OCR or document processing solutions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum , wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro), and SQL/BI tools
