Job Description:

Collaborate with customer to gather functional requirements.

Understand business requirements, product gaps/requirement gaps and drive feature choices.

Document the functional requirements such as FRD, SRS, use cases, acceptance criteria, User guides etc.

Co-ordinate, communicate, escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues and changes tied to the Product Backlog.

Review and approve QA test cases.

Prepare User Manual, SOPs and other relevant functional product documents.

Have the ability to be able to work with complex cross functional teams: Engineers, Architects, testers & customer.

Requirement and experience:

CA or MBA or B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech /MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equivalent with 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Preferable Domain Experience Tax, BFSI, Finance, e-Governance

Proven experience in developing and executing technology projects, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective presentations to different audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills including such areas as team spirit, negotiation, collaboration, valuing and respecting team members.
