SystemsPlus is hiring for Web and Mobile Quality Assurance / Business Analyst

Location : Pune - Koregoan Park

Shift timing : 1 to 10 pm or 2 to 11 pm

Client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Business Analyst to work within the Clients Web and Mobile Team. Ideal candidates will have financial services industry knowledge.

General Accountabilities:

Responsibilities include: conducting business need identification; documenting requirements; and proposing recommended solutions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of test cases and scripts using a combination of both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools for both the Clients web and native mobile applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions
• Develop business requirements for the business/technology solutions that are efficient and effective
• Document flows and procedures
• Collaborate with RPA team to develop and refine automated testing capabilities
• Identify, develop and execute continuous improvement opportunities
• Communicate impact, resolution plan, and timelines to management team

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years work experience in systems or quantitative analysis and business solutions development required
• Strong business acumen
• Advanced Microsoft PC software experience (i.e., Excel, Word)
• Previous experience working with native mobile applications preferred
• Previous experience working with automated testing tools like UIPath or Selenium or any automation tools required
• Strong technical and analytical capability with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge; existing knowledge of financial services industry preferred
• Ability to interact positively and successfully with all level of associates, managers and outside vendors to meet business needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to present to a group
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
