Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, monitoring and refining business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, preparing reports, communicating key insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and the ability to identify, document, and evaluate business requirements.
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in problem-solving and data interpretation to drive insights.
• Solid understanding of Business Processes and a track record of improving operational workflows.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
• Business Analyst, Data Visualization, BRD, FSD, FRD, SAP.
