Business Analyst

About Position:

The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and the automation/analytics team to identify, document, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and reporting. This role translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements for RPA, Power BI, and Smartsheet solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with business users to understand processes, pain points, and reporting needs.
• Document process flows, business requirements, and success criteria in a clear and actionable manner.
• Identify and assess automation and reporting opportunities, evaluating value, feasibility, and complexity.
• Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery coordination with technical teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers, supporting UAT, change management, and benefits tracking.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong process analysis and business requirement documentation skills.
• Experience working with RPA, reporting, and workflow tools (Power BI, Smartsheet preferred).
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Solid foundational understanding of data, automation, and analytics concepts.
