About Position:

We are seeking for Business Analyst with hands-on experience in business analyst, stakeholder management, etc.,

What You'll Do:

• The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, driving the design and implementation of scalable, integrated solutions that enhance data visibility, automate quality processes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Program & Project Leadership Serve as the IT liaison for Supplier & Customer Quality Management DBT initiatives, including BOM explosion tools, RM genealogy, SPC automation and CoAs.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design for projects such as: ? Supplier Profile Hub and Hierarchy

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain environments. o Strong understanding of supplier quality processes, SPC, RM traceability, and BOM structures.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, ETQ, Sample Manager (LIMS), SAS, and Power BI.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing & quality sectors. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven supplier analytics and RPA for procurement workflows. o Familiarity with Smart Agents, data science, and self-service analytics platforms
