Skills Required:

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process

modeling.

Expertise in BRD/FSD creation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Azure ADO. Domain

Knowledge

Deep understanding of aviation operations: Crew Scheduling, Flight Ops,

Safety.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA) and airline industry

standards.

Knowledge of Resource Scheduling Management Systems and CMS

modules.
