Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, e-Governance, or Public Sector projects.
  • Hands-on experience working with government stakeholders and departments.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on G2C, G2B, and G2G service delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of government workflows, policies, and digital governance standards.
  • Familiarity with IT systems used in public administration, citizen services, or public utilities.
  • Experience using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, JIRA , or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and project objectives.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, walkthroughs).
  • Prepare and maintain BRS, FRS, SRS, and Use Case documentation .
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to support process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of functional requirements into system features.
  • Create and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing activities, and validating outputs.
  • Monitor project progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, government IT policies, and digital governance standards.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to department officials.
