Job Description
Role: Business Analyst
Client: Quantela
Location: Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Education: B.tech/B.E/MCA
Experience: 4+ Years (Must have e-Governance/Public Sector experience)
What Youll Do:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government officials to identify pain points and project objectives.
- Documentation: Lead requirement gathering sessions and draft BRS, FRS, SRS, and Use Cases.
- Process Engineering: Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to facilitate seamless digital transformation.
- Technical Translation: Act as the bridge between government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Testing & Support: Support UAT, develop test cases, and provide training to department end-users.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years as a BA specifically within IT, e-Governance , or Public Sector projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of G2C, G2B, and G2G service models.
- Toolbox: Proficiency in MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, JIRA, or similar process modeling tools.
- Compliance Savvy: Familiarity with government IT policies and data privacy standards.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex administrative environments.
