Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst with strong technical expertise to support the 2026 Customer API & Data Sharing initiative . This role requires extensive documentation of existing APIs, close collaboration with technical teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce high-quality business and technical documentation , including API specifications
• Create L0 and L1 diagrams to represent system context, data flows, and process breakdowns
• Document existing APIs , including inputs, outputs, data models, and integrations
• Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to understand current-state systems
• Support data-sharing and integration initiatives by ensuring accurate and complete documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis within technical or integration-heavy environments
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
• Hands-on experience creating L0 / L1 diagrams
• Solid technical understanding of APIs and data-sharing concepts
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation
