Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can take complete ownership of business requirements, solution design, and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, proactively driving solutions, making informed decisions, and ensuring the product/process evolves to the next level. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on exposure to project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with a clear understanding of business goals.

Conduct market, user, and process research to recommend optimal solutions.

Proactively define what needs to be built, how it should be built, and why, without constant dependency on team members.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Own requirement prioritization and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure correct implementation.

Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

• Use tools like JIRA to manage requirements, backlogs, tasks, and delivery tracking
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, reviews, and requirement validation sessions
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities early and propose actionable solutions
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and add measurable value

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, fast-paced environments

Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery lifecycles

• Experience working with JIRA or similar project / requirement management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent and confident)
• Proven ability to independently analyze problems and make decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, business)
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, process diagrams)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to end-to-end product or solution lifecycle
• Background in digital platforms, enterprise systems, or scalable applications
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
