noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon
launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February
2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce,
fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; were six years in, but only 5% done.

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will be involved in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities
for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable insights for IT and other
stakeholders. The Business Analyst collaborates with business units, project managers, and
development teams to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and improve
operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, performing data
analysis, creating process flow diagrams, and facilitating communication between business and
technical teams. The Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and meet the businesss strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business
requirements and technical specifications.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend
optimizations or automation.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business
enhancement.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical
teams to ensure understanding and alignment of goals.
Solution Design: Collaborate with project teams to design solutions that meet business
needs while balancing technical feasibility.
Testing & Validation: Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring that
solutions meet defined business requirements.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide clear documentation of requirements, business
rules, and process flows to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and process mapping.
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) is preferred.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
