Job Description
Role: Sr. Business Analyst
Exp: 5+
Location: Noida
Requirements Management-
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.
Process Analysis & Solution Design-
- Perform current-state (As-Is) process analysis and design future-state (To-Be) workflows.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities using frameworks like SIPOC, BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Support solution design discussions with architects, developers, and SMEs.
- Validate feasibility, risk, and alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Support development of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing insights for leadership presentations and strategy recommendations.
Project Execution & Documentation
- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and effort estimation.
- Maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, user stories and traceability matrices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Participate in UAT, defect triage, and release readiness assessments.
