Responsibilities:

Identify key problems and opportunities within the organization impacting business operations and growth

Lead all initiatives and projects driven by the department

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards required by the leadership team, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information

Quantify and shape ambiguous problem statements into actionable insights and strategies

Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence multiple stakeholders

Be data driven. Highly proficient with SQL for data analysis and manipulation (mandatory)

Familiarity with Python is considered a plus

Familiarity with operations is considered a plus

Key Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues

Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Education:

Engineer / MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience
