- Visio, Azure Devops,
- MS-Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PoweBI, Power Query)
- SQL for data extraction & validation
- Dashboard/report creation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Job Description:
12+ years of experience in gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders.
Document and map existing retail processes and workflows.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design solutions.
Support the implementation and testing systems.
Monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies.
Experience working in Agile-Scrum development project
Experience working in ADO dashboard to update Features, tasks, efforts, etc.
Should be able to guide the Team on domain and requirements
Highlighting issues in time, dependencies in advance.
Good communication skills
