Business Analyst - LOS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of our Personal Loan products. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support the implementation of digital personal loan platforms and features.


Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital personal loan products and services.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and UX designers to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Map and optimize digital loan journeys (customer onboarding, application, approval, disbursal, and servicing).
• Perform gap analysis, workflow modeling, and process improvement.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help ensure smooth system implementation and deployment.
• Provide post-launch support and contribute to continuous improvement of digital lending platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and data security standards.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, preferably in personal loans or digital lending.
• Familiarity with digital loan platforms, APIs, core banking systems, and mobile/web banking.
• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital transformation or FinTech integrations.
