Job Title: Business Analyst Lending (Commercial Loan Servicing)
Location: Pune (3 Days Mandatory Work from Office)
Experience: 6 12 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Only
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lending Business Analyst / Lead Business Consultant with strong experience in Commercial/Corporate Lending implementations.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to Deal Creation into Servicing (DCIS) and worked on at least one major Lending platform such as:
- Finastra Loan IQ
- nCino
- AFS Vision
- Temenos
This role involves leading end-to-end lending transformation programs, stakeholder management, regulatory alignment, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Drive Lending program roadmap & stakeholder alignment
- Improve STP%, reduce latency, and optimize operational KPIs
Solution & Architecture
- Define future-state lending operating model
- Evaluate build vs buy vs integrate strategy
Requirements & Integration
- Lead discovery workshops
- Define business/functional requirements across loan lifecycle
- Oversee transaction flow & data mapping
Controls & Compliance
- Work with Compliance & Legal teams
- Ensure regulatory adherence
Delivery & Testing
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing
- Manage cutover & hypercare
Advisory & Practice Development
- Conduct executive briefings
- Mentor junior BAs
- Support RFPs & pre-sales initiatives
