Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.

- Develop and maintain data models that align with business needs and industry best practices.

- Analyze existing data frameworks and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Work closely with data engineers and developers to ensure seamless integration of data models into business applications.

- Perform data analysis to support project initiatives and identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.

- Create detailed documentation of data models, workflows, and processes for reference and training purposes.

- Assist in the design and implementation of data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.

- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data modeling concepts and tools.

- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data modeling and analytics.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data modeling and analysis.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling methodologies and tools (e.g., ER diagrams, UML, etc.).

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with database systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-directed.
