Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support strategic decision-making across financial analysis, sales & marketing, budgeting, production, and procurement. The role involves working closely with the leadership team to provide actionable insights, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct detailed financial modelling, variance analysis, and profitability studies.
• Provide insights on cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Sales & Marketing Support:
• Analyse sales trends, customer data, and market performance.
• Support marketing strategy with data-driven recommendations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor budget adherence and highlight deviations.
• Production & Operations:
• Evaluate production efficiency, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Procurement & Supply Chain:
• Analyse purchase trends, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support supply chain planning with demand and inventory analysis.
• Leadership Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior management to provide dashboards, reports, and strategic insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 57 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel & SAP.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
