Business Analyst

Responsibilities for  BA

•  Conduct Overview session to the client 
•  Conduct GAP analysis Workshop and provide inputs/solutions  to bridge the gaps 
•  Requirement gathering  and Creation of BRD  documents 
•  Collaborations with Technical/Engineering and Product team for Complex customization/Feasibility/Integration  
•     Provide guidance and  clarification for  developers on Requirements 
•    Review the configured product is as per expectation 
•    Conduct Client Demo session 
•  Support client on CRP and PQ Validation 
• Provide Hyper care support
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Responsibilities for  BA
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
•  8+  years of Business Analyst and related experience
•  eQMS Exposure or  Med device/ Pharma Industry exposure will be added advantage 
• Strong familiarity with Product Implementation, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle (SDLC, agile, Cyclic)
• Excellent analytical  and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Good understanding of VSTS/TFS/JIRA & Confluence.
