Job Description
Business Analyst - ( Instanda Configuration Specialist )
Job location : Pune \ Trivandrum
- Technical Background: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Instanda, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar) with strong understanding of insurance product configuration and policy administration systems
- Insurance Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of insurance fundamentals including product structures, rating engines, underwriting rules, policy lifecycles, and regulatory requirements across personal/commercial lines
- Configuration Expertise: Proven ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations without heavy codingcomfortable with rule engines, workflow design, data modeling, and API integrations
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical thinking to design scalable product configurations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance while balancing business needs with technical constraints
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business analysts, underwriters, actuaries, and IT teamsability to bridge business and technical conversations effectively
- Agile & Delivery-Oriented: Experience working in Agile environments with ability to deliver iterative releases, participate in sprint ceremonies, and adapt to changing requirements in fast-paced transformation projects
