Job Description
Primary Skills:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor CloudSuite modules.
- Willingness to work with varied ERP stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, Procurement etc.,
- Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, enhancements, projects
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides.
