Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 56 years of professional experience to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into clear functional and technical documentation to support successful project delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for business problems.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, coordinating test cycles, and validating results.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data flow documents using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements.

• 56 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirement documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UAT planning and execution.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis is an added advantage.
