Job Description:
The role of the Business Analyst entails developing technical solutions based on PowerBI, Power Apps, etc., where first it needs to understand the stakeholders’ business requirements, translate those into a technical solution by developing it and provide adequate analytics which best fit to the data that the GEOs and WW Teams need to make strategic/operational decisions. Once the solution has been developed, this role is maintaining it and doing management of change. It requires access to databases, enabling to combine datasets from multiple sources and thus giving a 360 degrees view to the GEOs and WW on various topics. It collaborates with the GEOs BizOps, WW BizOps, other Reporting & Analytics teams outside of SXD – DT&A, etc. Communication skills are also a differentiator, because on top of being able to speak in a technical language, it also requires speaking the “business language” with the stakeholders, understanding the environment in which they operate.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Generates, maintains and distributes reports, scorecards, etc. in different formats e. g. PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, QlikSense, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
- Provides analysis of operations’ trends and generates in-depth root cause analysis in case of performance not meeting the targets
- Leads quality improvement projects aiming at improving operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Designs and develops advanced reporting, analytical solutions and tools
- Gives recommendations based on analyzed data on how to progress, optimize or evolve internal business processes
- Closely collaborates with business process owners/ leads/ managers on WW, GEO level, etc. to define requirements for reporting and analysis
- Employs advanced technical knowledge in database design to optimize reporting and analysis
- Provides advanced data quality control
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- 2+ years of experience with similar job scope
- Experience in operational excellence and customer satisfaction analysis is a plus

- Ability to work with multiple priorities – multi-tasking
- Excellent organization skills and experience to work with tight deadlines

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Macro creation and VBA skills
- MS SharePoint skills
- MS Access and MS Visio skills is an advantage
- SQL programming skills is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge on PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate
- ITIL v3 Foundations is an advantage
