Business Analyst

Job Purpose

Deep expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets, trade lifecycle management, and trading platform design/build. Bridge business and technology, define requirements for complex trading workflows, and collaborate with global development and business teams to deliver highperformance, realtime solutions.

Desired Skills and experience

610 years of experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets, with at least 5+ years focused on Fixed Income.

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing/settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, MiFID, DoddFrank).

Handson experience with SWIFT and FIX messaging standards; ability to interpret message schemas and troubleshoot integration issues.

Exposure to trading platforms (e.g., ION, Bloomberg, TradeWeb) and blotter systems; familiarity with OMS/EMS workflows.

Proven ability to document BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows, proficiency in tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence.

Experience with realtime transaction systems, market data feeds, and latencysensitive workflows.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.

Prior experience working with global teams and managing crossborder delivery. Nice to Have

Knowledge of derivatives (swaps, options) and structured products.

Familiarity with cloudnative architectures, microservices, and APIdriven integration.

Understanding data analytics for trade performance and risk metrics.

Education

Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
