Business Analyst

About the Role : You will build and run a comprehensive competitor benchmarking framework to compare financial performance, unit economics, and operational KPIs across peer companies. Your insights will inform pricing, product mix, cost optimization, and capital allocation decisions for the leadership team.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a live view of competitors: financials, capacity, product mix, pricing, and strategic moves.
• Develop standardized benchmarking models covering revenue, margins, ROCE/ROIC, working capital, cash flows, leverage.
• Build unit economics for manufacturing peers (cost/ton, energy intensity, yield, logistics costs).
• Create monthly/quarterly dashboards and executive briefs translating data into clear actions.
• Support AOP/LTP and business cases with peer benchmarks and scenarios.
• Automate data pipelines; ensure auditability and compliance with ethical sourcing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Strategy to implement recommendations.

Qualifications :

• CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent; 24 years in FP&A/Costing/Finance/Strategy.

Required Skills :

• Advanced Excel, PPT, strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Manufacturing sector exposure preferred; familiarity with commodity/energy/logistics indices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
