Job Description
Position: Consultant Level – 4+ years of experience
Below are the requirements.
1. Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital setting (preferably India)
2. Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle etc. (at least one or more)
Specialist / Beginner in the below is must
Fair understanding on the Hospital management System – Like Patient Registrations ,ADT, Wards, Bed, etc.,
RCM - Digital Refund, Doctor Fee management, Discount processing and methods, Multi Visit Billing, CAF Workflow, Credit workflow and other also expected to be updated with the financial announcements from Government like GST changes, Rupee notes demonetization etc., in order to understand the implications and provisioning that to our applications and services.
SCM - Inventory/Material Management, MRP validations, Capex, Request for Quotient, PO – Automation
3. Must have good communication and documentation skills
4. Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and Visio.
5. Preferred location Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Work with client to gather requirements in Client location (in-person) and translate the same to clear documentation
2. Play an intermediary role between development team and the business team for new developments and technical enhancements
3. Manage risk and ensure projects meet timelines
4. Should have a strong communication and Presentation skills for creating RFQ, PPTs, Roadmaps, etc.,
5. Should have a strong Stakeholder management skills and client facing ability.
6. Should have a mentoring skills & experience
