Ability to identify resourcing needs, monitoring designer utilization and bandwidth across markets, making recommendations based on design requirements

Developing skills for Workfront, to better understand platform's interface and tools

Ability to assist or own report building based on needs of the requestor

Leads trafficking and creative resourcing

Learning the basics of project management and can effectively route projects in regions for maximum efficiency and speed

Handles reporting for 1-2 regions and provides analysis and insights for those teams

Developing client-service skills: communicating and meeting with customers and internal stakeholders by providing content for constructive conversations

Bachelors degree in any field
