Business Analyst

Responsibilities will include: - The MIS professional is predominantly responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of the data to support decision making processes within the organization.

- To ensure that business operations are informed by accurate, timely, and relevant information.

- Required to create dashboard and visualizations to track key performance indicators and business metrics using MS Power Tools

- Responsible for managing and generating reports such as Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly etc.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc / break reports for management and key stakeholders. Also, to identify and escalate the key risk trends to management.

- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.

- Ensure that the systems are aligned with business requirements and user needs. - Effective stakeholder communication to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

- Establish effective procedures and manage any changes in procedures or requirements. - Collaborate with our IT partners to identify, log, and resolve data gaps and issues.

- Manage interactions with Internal Audit and Compliance teams on the data needs.
