Job Description
Conduct financial analysis to improve future performance
Research on areas to improve sales margin
Evaluate previous budget data and expenditures to develop efficient future budgets
Prepare monthly dashboards on sales profitability and commercial excellence
Communicate results and present business recommendations to management
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
Identify process improvement opportunities in Sales Operations, field coverage & compliance, stakeholder engagement, present dashboards for improvement actions, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards
Key measures and targets
Productivity per person and EBIDTA improvement
Quality insights leading to business impact
Brand growth
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Any Graduation/ B.E/CA/ MBA(Preferably from a Tier 1 institute)
Experience: 2+ years, preference McKinsey, BCG, ZS Associates
