Role: Business Analyst Collateral Management

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Collateral Management and hands-on exposure to system transformation or migration projects. The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge of the collateral lifecycle, regulatory frameworks like UMR, and experience working on platforms such as Calypso or Murex with one of the leading BIG4 consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using JIRA and Confluence
• Lead/support collateral transformation and migration initiatives (Calypso/Murex)
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, and Operations stakeholders
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end collateral lifecycle processes
• Drive UAT, test case creation, and defect management
• Provide SME support on collateral workflows and regulatory compliance

Must-Have Skills

• Strong BA experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Hands-on experience in collateral transformation/migration projects
• Deep understanding of collateral lifecycle & UMR regulations

Preferred Experience

• Margin calls, ISDA documentation, dispute management
• Triparty arrangements, third-party custodians, reconciliations
• Collateral optimization
• Experience in global investment banks/financial institutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Business/Economics or related field
• 510 years of relevant experience in Collateral Management & BA roles
