Business Analyst - Digital Channel

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Technical Product Analyst to lead the lifecycle of our Insurance Mobile App and other digital platforms. You will be the technical orchestrator who ensures our applications are not only user-friendly but also secure, scalable, and seamlessly integrated with internal and external partner ecosystems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional insurance architecture and modern AI-driven capabilities, taking a lead role in security compliance, backend infrastructure, and multi-platform digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Mobile App and related digital applications. Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into the mobile ecosystem to enhance user self-service through intelligent automation and predictive features.
• Work with security teams to identify risksincluding emerging AI-specific vulnerabilitiesand coordinate with developers to ensure all high-priority fixes are deployed within strict SLA timeframes.
• Lead technical communications with third-party partners and external stakeholders. Manage complex API integrations, data exchange protocols, and service delivery from outside vendors.
• Manage complex backend integrations across multiple insurance systems, ensuring data consistency across mobile, web, and core legacy platforms.
• Review UI/UX designs for technical feasibility and oversee the development team to ensure the "Definition of Done" meets both functional and technical standards, including the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Regularly brief senior leadership and external partners on project health, security posture, and the roadmap for the digital and AI ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years as a Technical BA, Systems Analyst, or Product role with a heavy focus on Mobile, Web & Digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing security remediation workflows. Understanding of security standards (OWASP Top 10, encryption, SSL pinning) to effectively prioritize fixes.
• Practical experience managing products that utilize LLMs, Generative AI, or Machine Learning; ability to evaluate the technical feasibility of AI features against existing system architecture.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and third-party partners, often negotiating technical timelines and integration requirements.
• Strong grasp of API ecosystems and Middleware.
• Ability to understand system architecture diagrams and data flow maps.
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments and mobile deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Experience in Insurance, Banking, or highly regulated Fintech environments is mandatory.
