TCS is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement analysis, process mapping, and project management for e-commerce or large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs and solution approaches

Create process maps, workflows, and functional specifications

Support project planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination

Drive process improvements using UML, Six Sigma, and industry best practices

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with UML, Project Management tools, Visio, and Documentation

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace processes

Experience in budgeting, process mapping, and re-engineering

Ability to manage releases and collaborate across technical & business teams

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E / MCA OR Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
