- Ability to convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, campaign workflows, lead life
- Exposure to customer interactions
- Crisp & concise presentation skill
Good to have
- Domain expertise in Ads MarTech
- Experience in working with distributed team across globe
- Participation in product or domain related workshops with customer for deep dives.
