Role : Seeking a CRM Business Analyst with banking domain experience and strong IT background to manage requirements, documentation, and CRM solution implementation.

Location:- Jaipur

Competencies:

• Banking domain experience (Retail or Commercial).
• Strong IT background with expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of integration methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, plan, test, and deploy CRM solutions (Dynamics / CRM Next).
• Implement, integrate, and manage CRM deployments.
• Define technical architecture and software components.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CRM development frameworks.
• Positive and constructive approach.

Relevant Experience: 37 years in IT, preferably within banking.
