Job Details
- Gather and manage requirements through client interactions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements clearly
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
- Analyze current (As-Is) processes and design future (To-Be) workflows
- Identify gaps and optimization opportunities using process improvement frameworks
- Support solution design, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment
- Assist with data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and leadership insights
- Support project planning, documentation, UAT, and coordination with cross-functional teams
