Role Overview

TheBusiness Analyst will be helping deliver successful client go-lives by owning data readiness, system configuration, validation, and cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with customers, data, and structured problem-solving.

Youll work closely withProduct, Engineering, Customer Success, and clients to ensure smooth, on-time implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client implementations from data onboarding to go-live
• Translate client requirements into accurate system configurations
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile client data for accuracy
• Identify risks, gaps, and edge cases early
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CS during UAT and go-live
• Maintain implementation documentation and share clear status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in business analysis, implementation, or consulting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with large datasets
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Clear written and verbal communication

Good to Have

• SaaS or client-facing experience
• Exposure to HRTech , FinTech, or enterprise software
• Basic understanding of system workflows or data handling
