We operate in a competitive global environment alongside established travel-tech players and are building with commercial sharpness and product discipline.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency Strategic Business Analyst who will work directly with the Founder and leadership team on:
- Commercial pricing models
- Airline proposal structuring
- Revenue expansion analysis
- ROI and containment modelling
- BRDs driven by commercial impact
This is not a Scrum coordination role.
This is not a documentation-only role.
This role sits at the intersection of product, revenue and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Financial Structuring
- Build SaaS / usage-based pricing models
- Model airline ROI (containment, call center savings, upsell impact)
- Structure negotiation and margin analysis
- Develop pilot vs full rollout economics
Proposal & Presentation Development
- Create executive decks for airline clients
- Build expansion pitch frameworks
- Support QBR data preparation
- Develop board-ready commercial narratives
Revenue & Account Analytics
- Track revenue per airline account
- Build NRR / upsell dashboards
- Identify revenue leakage
- Support growth initiatives within accounts
Product Governance
- Convert airline discussions into structured BRDs
- Prioritize features based on revenue impact
- Create commercial impact matrix for roadmap decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree + MBA preferred
- 47 years experience in SaaS / consulting / product strategy / commercial analytics
- Strong Google Sheet automation and financial modelling capability
- Strong presentation & storytelling
- Structured thinking with high ownership
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Exposure to airline / travel-tech is a plus but not mandatory.
What Success Looks Like (6 Months)
- 100% of airline proposals follow a standardized pricing & ROI model framework.
- A reusable executive deck architecture is in place for new deals and account expansions.
- Product roadmap decisions are backed by a documented commercial impact matrix.
- Revenue visibility exists at account level (NRR, containment %, upsell penetration).
- The Founder no longer builds first-draft pricing sheets or proposal decks.
