Role Overview
The Business Analyst acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams,
ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market gap analysis and competitive benchmarking against platforms such as Swiggy
and Practo.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements (FRD/BRD)
Translate business requirements into clear documentation for engineering teams.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and flows against business logic.
Support UAT, feature validation, and post-release analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile delivery models.
Ability to analyze data, workflows, and system dependencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
