Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BPO Manager for Business Development with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&O and Project Management. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business development efforts for the BPO division focusing on identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management process ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project teams ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and achievement of desired outcomes.
