Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of various business units.
  • Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by implementing robust controls.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on financial analysis techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Finance and Accounting.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis and consulting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Display a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Be proficient in using financial software and ERP systems.
  • Show a strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
