skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions,

ensuring delivery excellence across domains like e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and

inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Understand client business goals and translate them into clear, actionable

requirements.

Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations effectively.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to gather and

analyse business requirements.

Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional

Specification Documents), and user stories.

Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use cases as needed.

Project Management Support:

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and scope

alignment.

Use PM tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for tracking tasks, managing

sprints, and reporting progress.

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure final deliverables meet

client expectations.

Domain Expertise:

Good understanding of domains such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance,

and inventory management systems.

Ability to quickly grasp industry-specific business processes and regulatory

considerations.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field.

3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or

software development environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to international client communication and remote project collaboration.

Nice to Have

Understanding of APIs, databases, and technical constraints in development.
