Job Description

What Youll Do:
  • Review, prioritize, and resolve inbound sales support tickets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to investigate issues and execute Salesforce tasks.
  • Manage ticket escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Analyze inefficiencies in support processes and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver clear, timely reporting.


What Were Looking For:


5+ yrs in Business Analysis / Sales Ops / Operations.

1+ yr Salesforce experience (mandatory).

Experience with ticketing systems (SFDC cases, Freshservice, Zendesk, JIRA).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
