Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Work closely with operations teams for process improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders for requirement validation and documentation.
- Provide insights and support for carrier goods and logistics processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Motor Insurance domain (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering , documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to project coordination or operations execution.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
