Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can convert leads into clients , understand customer requirements for web and mobile application development , prepare clear documentation, negotiate pricing , and close projects . The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to track project progress and supporting research and business initiatives when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling & Client Conversion

• Contact and engage with inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand client business needs for web / mobile applications / software solutions .
• Conduct requirement discussions via calls, meetings, or demos.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from clients.
• Prepare clear documents such as:
• Requirement documents (BRD / SRS)
• Scope of work
• User flow / feature lists
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team .

Pricing, Proposal & Closure

• Prepare project estimates with inputs from the tech team.
• Share proposals, timelines, and pricing with clients.
• Handle negotiations professionally and close projects.
• Ensure alignment on scope, cost, and delivery expectations.

Project Tracking & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Track project progress and ensure timely updates to clients.
• Handle change requests and scope revisions.
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Research & Internal Support

• Research market trends, competitors, and new technologies.
• Support internal business activities when free from client work.
• Assist in improving company processes, documentation, and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of web and mobile application development .
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and agile processes.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and PPT.
• Experience in IT services / software company is a plus.
