Position: Business Analyst

Location: Gurugram (Work from office)

Experience: 3 Years

Education: B.Tech/Equivalent

Requirements:

3 years of experience in business analyst or a related role.

Experience with business analyst tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Liaising with the testing team is good to have.

Expertise in RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and functional testing.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories and use cases.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for business decision-making. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes.
