Job Description

Experience in managing a team of 4-6 members and involve in reviews, and other stages of SDLC
2. Experience in coordinating with implementation partner for finalize requirement, project plan, development & other stages of SDLC
3. Experience in converting the functional requirement into technical solutions and assigning the tasks to team
4. Experience in interacting with end business users & internal project stakeholders
5. Experience in planning the development activities for team and monitoring the daily/weekly progress until production deployment and postproduction support
6. Understand application architecture, integrations, API`s (REST, SOAP)
7. Must be proficient in troubleshoot and should have good analytical skills.
8. Experience of Insurance domain (especially General insurance) is preferred
9. Knowledge of below technical skills will be preferred
a. SQL
b. Oracle/PL-SQL
c. Insurance domain
